Salary: $80,000- $90,000 annually

Position Summary: As the Sourcing Manager, this person is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to support the company's production goals. This role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and managing the relationships and negotiation with suppliers to procure high-quality apparel and accessories across all business categories. Ensuring they meet design specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines while optimizing cost and aligning with the brand's aesthetic and market trends; collaborating closely with the design, product development, and merchandising teams to source products that complement the full collection.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sourcing strategy across apparel, accessories, and special projects
  • Identify and develop new factory partners, mills, and suppliers globally (Asia, Europe, South America, US)
  • Negotiate costs, lead times, and terms to support margin targets and speed-to-market goals
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Design, Production, and Merchandising to execute product strategy
  • Manage seasonal vendor allocation and capacity planning
  • Track and maintain vendor scorecards for cost, performance, quality, delivery, and compliance.
  • Ensure all materials and vendors meet Kith’s standards for quality, sustainability, and compliance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on product lifecycle calendars and pre-production milestones
  • Troubleshoot delays, capacity issues, and pricing conflicts with agility
  • Stay informed on global trends in raw materials, cost drivers, and geopolitical impacts on sourcing

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in global sourcing within fashion retail or streetwear
  • Strong knowledge of materials, garment construction, costing, and manufacturing processes
  • Proven track record of vendor negotiation and margin management
  • Experience working in a high-volume, fast-turn production calendar
  • Knowledge of PLM systems, Excel, and supply chain software
  • Experience with streetwear or premium fashion brands a plus
  • Familiarity with sustainable sourcing practices

  • Excellent communication and vendor relationship-building skills
  • Language skills (Mandarin, Portuguese, or others a plus)
